Job Specification:

This is a fantastic role for a proven closer who will thrive in selling safe secure investments to ready cash buyers.

  • Ability to pitch and sell Investment Properties both off-plan and ready to the GCC Market.
  • Seasoned Sales Consultants who can discuss investments quite easily with clients.
  • Well-versed in CRM (SalesForce), Cold Calling and can facilitate face-to-face meetings.
  • A proven track record in sales and wealth creation for clients is essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic languages.
  • Ability to work at pace whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent personal time management and prioritization skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative.

Required Skills:

  • Arabic and English speakers, preferably female
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Sales, Real Estate or Investment Sales.
  • Strong personality, driven and has excellent convincing/negotiation skills

We offer a basic salary of AED 5,000 Plus 7.5% commission for the first 2 deals closed and 10% commission for succeeding deals closed. Estimated commission: AED 10,000 per plot.

Working hours: 10:30 am to 7:30 pm Monday thru Friday

CBI/RBI -Migration Consultant

The Migration Consultant’s role is to identify new prospects, follow up on qualified leads from marketing campaigns, and carry out the sales advisory process.

Target clients: High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Learn and maintain knowledge of services, procedures, industry, and industry trends
  • Regular follow-ups with qualified leads through phone, email, and meetings
  • Adequately identify the needs of each client
  • Provide consultative approach and can present solutions to potential clients
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive client relationships
  • Supply management with reporting on the statuses of leads, current clients, feedback, problems, and interests
  • Achieve KPIs and sales targets as set by the management
  • Any other ad hoc administrative duties as requested by the management.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Familiar with the Caribbean’s Programs
  • Ability to maintain a professional image and demeanour at all times
  •  Ability to build and nurture productive client relationships
  • Intrinsically motivated and target-oriented person
  • Able to deliver a consultative sales approach
  • Time management, attention to detail, and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to clients’ needs
  • Ability to effectively utilize CRM software during the sales process

Qualifications & Education:

  • University or College Degree
  • Fluent in Arabic and English
  • 1-2 years experience in sales
  • Sales experience in Citizenship and European Residencies.
