We are a British real estate company based in Dubai that offers real estate investments in the UK as well as passport and citizenship for investment programs. We are looking for a self-motivated, dynamic Sales Manager to lead our Passport and Citizenship department and help grow our business.
Main Role:
- Lead daily & monthly planning to deliver sales goals.
- Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
- Meeting planned, monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
- Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
- Ensure ongoing training of the sales team.
- Creating and maintaining relationships with agents
Requirements:
- Must-Have at least 5 years of management experience with passports and citizenships by investment.
- Relevant experience to develop business in passports and citizenships by investment.
- Experienced at dealing with CRM systems particularly Salesforce an advantage.
- Good knowledge of written and spoken English and Arabic.
- Leadership attitude and good communication skills.
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
- Experience in customer relationship management.
- Experience managing and directing a sales team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
