CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Job Description

To take over all aspects of the after-sales and be responsible for all client relations and payments. Some of the key roles you will be performing are as follows.

In charge of quotations, collecting pre-receipts and payments.

Process sales contracts.

Communicate with clients through phone, email and WhatsApp if necessary.  Schedule and chase for payments.

Make sure all contracts are sent and received back in the allocated time.  Deal with client complaints.

Send clients regular updates on their applications or planning permission updates if needed.

Deal with cancellation issues.

Deal with clients who want to re-sell.

Ensure all after-sales processes run smoothly.

Coordinate with lawyers and clients to arrange appointments.

Give introduction for Site Launching (if Sales happens, CSE will be entitled to a commission).

 

Qualifications

Arabic Speaker

Real Estate Experience 3+Years

Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
